I have a rash around the bottom of my vaginal opening that is red and smooth, barely noticeable, and doesn't cause much discomfort unless touched. Additionally, I experience intense period cramps that lead to vomiting and occasional sharp pains in my lower abdomen/uterus area, sometimes during sex. What could these issues be and how can they be treated?

I have noticed light spotting bleeding during the same time in between my period. I went to the doctor, had tests for bacteria, yeast, and STDs which all came back negative, and an ultrasound that showed nothing. My Dhea-s hormone was lower than normal, but testosterone levels were not checked. I am 37 years old, not using contraceptives, and the spotting occurs mildly between day 12-15 of my cycle. I had cysts removed before, but the ultrasound now shows a very tiny unmeasured cyst. Can ovulation bleeding just happen as we get older, and is there anything else I should be concerned about?

I experience severe period-like cramping the day after unprotected sex while trying to conceive. My blood tests and ultrasound are normal, and the cramping only occurs during unprotected sex. How do we determine the Last Menstrual Period (LMP) in irregular periods? Additionally, without knowing I was pregnant, I had wine twice during the holiday season. Will that affect my pregnancy?
