I am experiencing postmenopausal bleeding for 2 weeks and had an ultrasound that showed a 1 cm thick endometrial stripe, small nabothian cysts on the cervix, and an intramural fibroid measuring 2.8 cm. Neither ovary was identified, and there is no free fluid. What does this mean?

I had unprotected sex about two months ago. My first period after was on time, but I didn't pay attention to if it was normal. I'm now almost a week late. Is there a chance of pregnancy? I took a home urine pregnancy test about a month after the incident, which was negative, and then I had a very short period and assumed I wasn't pregnant until now. I've had this happen before where I had symptoms and negative tests but was actually pregnant.
