I am experiencing severe menstrual pain, which has worsened since my marriage. My periods are now slightly irregular, coming 5 days late, and the pain is sharp and unbearable, especially on the first day. I have not tried any treatment and am not currently on any medications. What could be causing this pain, and what steps should I take to manage it?

I have been experiencing pain and swelling in my right lower area between my leg and abdomen, which feels like a ball. The pain is more dull than sharp and comes and goes, but has been persistent for a few weeks. I am currently taking birth control and sinus medication/Tylenol, and I have a history of two fibroids. What could be causing this pain and swelling, and what should I do about it?

My last period began on 1/1/22. I've taken 2 at-home pregnancy tests which were both negative. I had one ovary removed in 2015 due to a heterotopic pregnancy and after biopsy, the ovary tested positive as borderline malignant cancer. I am having pain in my remaining right ovary and my period is late. At what point do I get concerned enough to see a doctor?

I had unprotected sex last week and took the morning after pill within 24 hours. A week later, I am experiencing stomach cramps and bleeding. Is this normal, and should I expect my period to be irregular after taking the morning after pill?

I can hardly feel my IUD string. I am 20 years old and not using any other contraceptives or medications. I have no significant medical history. I recently experienced cramping and back pain similar to period symptoms, which made me worried.
