I'm 4 days late on my period, have been trying to conceive for 9 months, and got a negative home pregnancy test at 17 days past ovulation (dpo). I've been experiencing cramping since 3 dpo, had slight bleeding at 6 dpo, and brown spotting mixed with cervical mucus at 8 dpo. I've also noticed increased milky/egg white cervical mucus. Is there a chance my hCG levels are still too low for the home test to detect, and what should I do next?

I need to know if I had a miscarriage. Today I had a clot come out, but I missed my period. I’m 17 and switched last month to the Lo Loestrin pill before that I was on Depo. I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative.
