I am having extremely severe period cramps, unable to move and throwing up from the pain. I am unable to have sex because of how much it hurts. And I have constant back cramps. The cramping usually lasts a week to a week and a half before my period, and once the blood starts, it improves but I still get intense moments of cramping during my period. I am 20 years old and take 600-800mg of ibuprofen to help. I also went to the ER for pain and they told me I had a hemorrhagic cyst that was 3.44 cm. I have tried LoEstrin birth control and currently have an IUD (Kyleena), but there has been 0 pain improvement and I still get my periods. The pain lasts even after my period is finished and I have cramping randomly through my days. Sometimes all I can do is lay down. My doctor has mentioned endometriosis but no action is being taken. What should I do?

I am 7 weeks pregnant. I was feeling sick last week but have been feeling much better recently, which makes me worried about a possible miscarriage. My breasts still hurt, and I sometimes feel nausea, but not as much as last week. Is this normal, or should I be concerned?

I am 64 years old and recently experienced spotting for a couple of days. Several years ago, I had fibroid tumors. Could this be a return of them?

I had my IUD removed on April 1st and experienced a regular period from April 4th to 7th. In May, I had only spotting for about 5 days, and now in June, I am again experiencing very light brown spotting. Is it normal to have irregular periods after IUD removal, and could this spotting be related to trying to conceive?

I'm taking 100 mg of Prometrium. Does it act like a birth control? I took it for ten days, took a break, and didn't get my period, so I started taking it again. The doctor said I had eggs during an ultrasound and I'm trying to conceive without IVF. Should I continue taking Prometrium without stopping, and should I switch back to an over-the-counter cream or stay on the 100 mg pill?
