I have severe lower left pelvic pain that worsens after urinating. The pain started yesterday and is constant, radiating down my leg and into my glute area. The pain is sharp and stabbing. I'm currently taking Tylenol and I'm 42 years old. I've had two vaginal childbirths and consider myself healthy otherwise. Should I see a gynecologist or my primary care doctor?

I have several questions about breast size and genetics. 1) Are there seven genetic factors associated with breast size, and are all of them entirely genetic? 2) If my father's side of the family has a hereditary smaller chest size, my mother has small breasts, but only my maternal grandmother has a larger chest, what is the probability of me inheriting a small breast size? Can breast size skip a generation? 3) If there are seven genetic factors influencing breast size, do both parents contribute to each of these genes? 4) During overall body weight loss, do women lose breast fat as well? 5) If I gain weight, I always gain belly fat and upper arm fat first, but never see an increase in my breast size. Is this normal, and is it genetic? 6) If I lose weight, will my breasts reduce further? 7) If I don't have a tendency to gain fat in my chest, will I have less tendency to lose it as well? 8) If my mother has the same chest size as mine and my father's side of the family has a hereditary smaller breast size, but my maternal grandmother has a bigger chest size, do I have a chance of getting small breasts only? 9) If I want to find out more about my genetic history, will 23andMe help? 10) Do fenugreek capsules, fennel seeds, or pumpkin seeds help in increasing breast size? Do herbal supplements help in increasing estrogen levels and breast size?

My period stopped in January. I took Zoloft for 2 weeks in May and then stopped. Do you think it affected my period, and is 2 weeks enough time to cause long-term irregularities?

I got tested for herpes and my HSV2 test came back 1.5, and I have no symptoms. Could this be a false positive? I also have HSV1. How long should I wait to get retested, and what does a low-positive result like 1.5 indicate?
