I am having irritation and burning pain inside my vagina, along with an unusual smell, for the past 3-4 days. I suspect it might be due to a condom, but even after switching to a non-latex one, the symptoms persist. What should I do to alleviate these symptoms?

I am experiencing very heavy bleeding (need double protection, changing every hour, bleeding through clothing) with large clots (size larger than a tampon) for the past 6 months, which is getting worse. I am 46 years old, not on any medications, and had my last normal period over 6 months ago. I have lower abdominal pain off and on, and my last gynecological exam was over 4 years ago with just a regular routine exam. I have not tried anything to stop the bleeding other than using tampons and pads. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I am having severe sharp throbbing pain in the urethra when urinating, a deeper pain from the vagina to the anus, and bright red tissue coming from my vagina along with blood that appears to be like a normal menstrual cycle. I also have stomach cramps similar to those experienced during menstruation. I tested positive for a UTI using an at-home kit. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I switched to the Depo shot in October and received my first dose on October 26th. I missed my period that was due around the time of the shot and started bleeding on November 21st, which is still ongoing. I'm 24, not currently sexually active, and have had inconsistent periods before going on the pill, which regulated my periods. However, I've had severe cramps all month, leading to the switch to the Depo shot. My last period started on November 21st and ended on the 24th, but I've had brown discharge since the 26th and started bleeding again today. My stress levels are slightly elevated due to my job and my dad's health issues, but there have been no changes in weight, diet, or exercise. My last Pap smear was in June/July, and I had STD testing and a pelvic ultrasound when referred to the OBGYN. I'm not allergic to any medications and have no other known medical conditions. What should I do about this prolonged bleeding?
