I am having spotting a week after possible conception and taking the Plan B pill. My period is not due for two weeks. What is the possible cause of spotting?

I have a slight white discharge and an itch in the inside lining of my vagina. The discharge started a few days ago with no noticeable odor. My last period was the week of May 31, and I don't have regular periods, sometimes going 2-3 months between cycles. Is there anything else I should know or do?

Can I take ibuprofen and famotidine together after taking misoprostol for an abortion three days ago? Is Tylenol with codeine a better option?

I’ve been having vaginal itching and white milky discharge. The discharge started on Tuesday and has been constant. It initially had a texture like a yeast infection but now it’s more watery and milky, with a foul odor. I have PCOS, my last period started on June 2 and ended on the 8th, and this month I did not get a period. I took a pregnancy test on the 14th, which was negative. What can I take for this, and what else should I know about managing my symptoms and PCOS?

I recently got an IUD about 2 months ago and have been experiencing almost daily bleeding/spotting and major cramps. Today, I noticed a lot of blood and what looked like a blood clot. The cramps can last anywhere from an hour to an entire day, and I haven't had a regular period since getting the IUD. I take Midol or Tylenol for cramps and naproxen 375mg for migraines if they're severe. I'm 23 and have low iron and receive monthly B12 injections. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I have brown discharge and I’m only on the end of my second week of birth control pills/beginning of third week. Today I noticed the discharge. It’s a little and it’s like regular discharge just brown. My last period started and ended on January 15-19. I have been taking the birth control pill for 4 months. I have a history of irregularity in periods in the last few months, but since I've been on the pill, I felt like the first few months I got brown discharge, last month I did not, now I am experiencing it again. There is a tiny bit of an odor, but no itching, redness, soreness, or swelling.
