Will Plan B be effective 4 days before ovulation day? I have used it before, my last period was on 3/14, and I have no allergies or medical conditions. I have COVID-19 at 7 weeks pregnant. I've had a first-trimester ultrasound, am taking prenatal vitamins and Tylenol, and haven't been exercising due to the first trimester. My temperature has been hovering around 99.3°F for a few days, but it fluctuates when measured with a forehead thermometer. Is my case considered mild, and can COVID-19 affect my pregnancy or the baby?

I am 42 years old and on the 8th day of my period with increased bleeding. I have fibroids measuring 2 centimeters. I started taking Lo Loestrin Fe contraceptives from the first day of menstruation, hoping to reduce blood loss, but it seems to have worsened. I am not on any other medications except for iron. My periods are generally regular, occurring every 21-24 days. I experience aching and stretching in the area of the fibroid node, which is accompanied by blood flow.
