I am in menopause for 6 years now. The last two years I have pain on the left side of my vagina and vulva, with a pressure feeling as if a foreign body is there. This feeling persists with walking and bending, but disappears when lying down. I have had several examinations, all indicating everything is okay. However, during a self-examination, I noticed my cervix is positioned to the right, and the left top side near my cervix feels lower than the right side, with more space on the right. I can feel stool through the tissue on the left side, and when I enter my vagina, I feel more space on the right side than on the left. Is it possible that one side is prolapsing and causing this feeling? I had an episiotomy on the left side thirteen years ago.

We are traveling in France and noticed our 3-year-old daughter has developed a slightly reddish rash around her vagina with a very slight greenish discharge. We spoke to a pharmacist who suggested Saforelle cream, which is helping, but we are wondering if there are other options. She is not running a fever and is not complaining about any discomfort.

I have had recurrent vaginal fissures along with yeast infections since January 2012. My partner has tested negative for STDs, and I have had cold sores. Should I be concerned about genital herpes, and how can I differentiate between herpes and yeast infections?

I came off the pill in February and had a withdrawal bleed in early March but haven't had a period since. My periods were regular before being on the pill, and my husband and I are trying for a baby. Pregnancy tests are negative. Is this normal, and should I consult a doctor about potential problems?

I've taken 4 Plan B pills within the last 3 weeks. My period was supposed to come today but hasn't. Could the Plan B pills be the reason? I'm really worried and it's stressing me. Could something be wrong with me?
