I am about 5 weeks pregnant and I just started experiencing light bleeding, cramping, and back pain. Should I be worried, and what should I do?

Yesterday, my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex using the withdrawal method, and I took Plan B about an hour and a half later. I am supposed to be ovulating today, which is one day after the predicted ovulation date. What are the chances that I’m pregnant?

I think I had a yeast infection a couple of weeks ago and used Monistat, which improved it slightly. After my period, it seemed to go away, but then I noticed mild itching again. Four days after my period, I noticed a bad smell and a cheesy discharge. Could I have vaginitis from the yeast infection?

I've been noticing changes in my period, such as increased pain, earlier onset of PMS symptoms (up to 3 weeks before), painful ovulation, and a burning sensation in my face and eyes during PMS. My cycles are usually regular but sometimes come a week late. I also pass large clots and experience significant mood changes during and before my period. I used to suffer from hyperinsulinism but was medicated for it. Should I be concerned about these changes, and what tests or treatments should I consider?

Why am I not getting my period? I’m not pregnant. My last period was at the end of May. I was on amitriptyline for interstitial cystitis, but I’m not on low dose antibiotics and aloe Vera supplements. I had weight gain on the amitriptyline and haven’t been able to lose it since going off of it. My periods have been regular for the past few years but I’ve had trouble in the past with them being irregular. I have been with a trans woman for the past few months. We’re not using protections but she has been on HRT for over a year. Before that, I haven’t had unprotected sex.
