I am looking for someone who can read an OB transvaginal ultrasound picture to tell me what the picture is showing. How can I attach the picture? I am also interested in knowing: 1. Is this ultrasound in the transverse plane? 2. What exactly is this ultrasound showing? 3. Is the baby on the left side of my uterus? 4. Is that black thing on the top right my bladder? 5. Is there anything I should be concerned about just by looking at the ultrasound? If it helps: I have a tilted and slightly retroflexed uterus.

I feel like I pulled a muscle in my vagina, and it's very painful to walk. I've been to the emergency room twice, and while the first doctor said I had a UTI, the second doctor said I don't have a UTI but a pulled muscle. I also had a CT scan for my pelvis and buttocks. How long does it take for a pulled muscle to heal, and should I rest in bed or sit in a chair?

I have developed several hard, white, seed-type spots on the labia. I am a monogamous woman, 70 years of age with no sexual activity. These spots do not itch, burn or seep, but are annoying to me. I don't know whether to see my OB/GYN, my GP or seek a specialist. The condition began with one, however I now have 4-5 spots. What could it be? Cysts?

My doctor accidentally prescribed the wrong birth control pill, causing continuous bleeding. I was advised to take Provera to stop the bleeding but was told to avoid sun exposure and drinking. I have an upcoming trip where I will be in the sun the entire time, and I don't want to have my period during the trip. What can I do to stop the bleeding and manage my period for the trip?
