I’ve been spotting almost every day for about 3 weeks, especially when I work out. I recently had a tubal reversal in May. I am 30 years old, have no pain but occasional discomfort in my lower abdomen, and my last pap test in June was normal. I have 4 children and my menstrual cycle is usually irregular. I am ** years old. My husband is the same age. The last 2 times we had sex, one of us was bleeding after his ejaculation. After I clean myself, there was no more bleeding from my vaginal area. He takes Viagra. He does not notice more bleeding either. What do you think this may be?

I am on the birth control pill called Tulana and I've been getting periods every 2 weeks. My last period began on Sept 4 and ended on Sept 10, and I am bleeding again on Sept 18. I began my birth control pills in the beginning of June 2020. My last pap test was more than 3 years ago. I have high blood pressure and a family history of type 2 diabetes. What could be causing this frequent bleeding and what should I do?
