I am pregnant and experiencing yellow discharge and mild, shooting or stretching sensations in my abdomen. I am concerned about potential issues such as bacterial vaginosis (BV) or an incompetent cervix. What could these symptoms indicate, and what should I do?

I was diagnosed with a small uterine fibroid about 2 years ago. I am 52 and have not yet entered menopause. I experience medium-range nausea, more frequent during spring and summer, which subsides after eating but returns. I live in Florida and exercise daily. What could be causing the nausea and what should I do to alleviate it?

I am 7 days past a 5-day transfer of my first IVF cycle. My blood test showed lower estrogen levels, and my doctor wants me to start taking estradiol twice a day. I have no significant pregnancy symptoms other than feeling tired and a few cramps/twinges. Is it a bad sign that I may not be pregnant, and if not pregnant, how long before I get my period and can try again?

I went off birth control (Apri) in November. My period began two weeks early at the end of March and has started early again today. I have been exercising regularly, more than in the past. What could be causing my periods to be so erratic?

I have had heaviness in my lower abdomen, feeling like a water balloon wooshing around in my belly, and now I have sharp stabbing pain down low, in my lower abdomen or almost above my pubic bone. The pain seems OK when I sit down but comes when I stand up and lasts as long as I'm standing. Does this sound worrisome at all?

My husband and I used Pre-Seed Lube for the first time earlier this week. I have a history of being sensitive down there and unable to use any scented tampons or toilet paper. Two days after using the lube, I now feel 'swollen' in my vagina, my g-spot hurts after I've emptied my bladder and when my bladder gets too full, and I feel a little itchy. No discharge, no pain when urinating. What could be causing this and what should I do to alleviate the symptoms?
