I have vaginal odor and my doctor has prescribed Metronidazole vaginal gel 0.75% for months. The odor goes away, only to reoccur approximately 1 to 2 weeks later. I use the cream again for five days and the same situation. Any solution to this problem?

Should I take the emergency contraception pill (EC) to ensure I do not get pregnant, considering that EC pills do not have long-term side effects? How many times or how frequently can I take EC pills, and can I take different types of EC pills within a certain timeframe?

I have a question about early ultrasound accuracy and embryonic growth. According to my early ultrasounds, I should be 20 weeks today, but a recent ultrasound put me at 18 weeks 5 days. I had ultrasounds on August 31 dating me 6 weeks and on October 5 dating me 11 weeks. Is there any way an embryo could implant and then not grow for 2 weeks and then start growing at a normal rate? I've read that all embryos/fetuses grow at the same rate up until 12 weeks with a few exceptions. What would these exceptions be? Additionally, I had intercourse with someone in June and with my current partner in July. I just want to be positive my current partner is the father. Could marijuana, birth control, and alcohol have slowed the growth of the embryo? Should I be concerned that my ultrasound yesterday showed me a week behind? What does board certified mean? My family doctor said the margin of error is 2 weeks in the first trimester. Is this true? What would be a reason for an early ultrasound to be two weeks off? Is it safe to take hot tubs while pregnant? What is safe to use for nasal congestion and cold-like symptoms? Is there any way I could have gotten pregnant at the end of June and birth control could have caused delayed implantation? Have you ever had a female patient whose body stored a man's sperm over a long period of time?
