I am trying to get pregnant. My period is 7 days late, but I tested negative on both urine and blood pregnancy tests. I just took an ovulation test and it was positive that I am currently ovulating. My last period was on March 8th, and I usually get my periods every 28 days. I am taking Buspar 20mg/day and Prenatal Vitamins. What could be causing my period to be late, and what steps should I take to track my cycle and confirm ovulation?

I missed my period this month, and I've been experiencing pregnancy symptoms like spotting and mild cramps, but all pregnancy tests, including a blood test, have come back negative. I also have a history of chlamydia and complications with BV. Could I be pregnant, or do I have an infection like PID? What should I do next?

I just had unprotected sex with my boyfriend, and he came inside me. My periods are due tomorrow. I have persistent itching in the external vaginal area that started about two months ago and has been on and off. There is no visible skin difference, no known allergies, and no significant medical history. There was white clumpy discharge initially, which led to using OTC yeast infection treatments. Now, there is slight pink discharge with no fishy odor. I also tested negative for common STIs. What could be causing this and what should I do?
