My left vaginal lip is itching a lot and is super swollen. The itchiness started last night and has persisted. The area is red and raised. I have had a strong odor for the last 2 months, but normal discharge. I have no known allergies and recently tested negative for chlamydia and gonorrhea. What could be causing this and what can I do to alleviate the symptoms?

I had sex last night but before he actually penetrated me with a condom, his penis/tip was touching my vagina as well as we made out. He didn’t finish during any intercourse though. How likely is it that I could get pregnant? I know I’m probably not. I just am curious and trying not to get anxious about it.
