I believe I have bacterial vaginosis due to symptoms like odor and white discharge, but I found a white bump near my vaginal area and anus, which makes me unsure. How old are you? What symptoms are you having? When was your last pap test or pelvic exam? Any irregular results from past exams? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

I have been dealing with a vaginal infection for about a month. It's not clear if it's getting worse, but it's still an issue. I'm 30 years old and have had something similar before, especially when traveling in tropical countries. The discharge is see-through, not white or grey, and feels a bit sticky. There is no burning, but there might be more itching now, and no odor. I took fluconazole two weeks ago, which seemed to help but the issue is back. What medication should I consider for this vaginal infection?

I haven't had my period since 4/21/21. I got an ultrasound and bloodwork, which showed no pregnancy but elevated HCG levels of 1382. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I am on birth control (BC) and am supposed to start my period next Wednesday. Yesterday I experienced brown discharge and today there is some light pink blood when I wipe. Is this cause for concern?
