I did a cycle of IVF and an embryo transfer (blastocyst), and I'm supposed to take a pregnancy beta HCG test tomorrow, but I just started bleeding like I'm on my period (11 days post transfer). I'm confused about whether to continue taking progesterone and heparin. Is it okay to use vaginal suppositories while bleeding? Should I go to the emergency room if the bleeding gets worse?

My girlfriend has a UTI, Bacterial Vaginosis, and sores from irritation. She's been taking antibiotics for three days but doesn't feel better. Should we keep the area dry or use Neosporin on the sores? What else can we do?

I have concerns regarding pregnancy. My last menstrual cycle began on 10/5/21 and lasted until 10/10/21. I am taking birth control and had protected sex this month. Over the past two days, I have been bleeding, which is concerning since I already had my period. I haven't been taking my birth control on time, missing 4 days and then taking all 4 pills when I remembered. I took a pregnancy test, which was negative. Could the bleeding be a sign of pregnancy, or is it possibly a hormone imbalance due to taking the birth control pills all at once?

I started my period on 10/3 and it hasn't stopped. I started Metronidazole on 10/10, which seemed to slow down the period but it resumed. I have a Paraguard IUD for 1 year 9 months. How can I manage this prolonged period and what should I discuss with my OB/GYN?
