I got Nexplanon implanted about 2-3 weeks ago. The following days after I had sex and took Plan B just in case. Now that I'm on my period, I had a huge amount of discharge. Not just deep red but like a sack of white covered in deep red. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have been experiencing spotting for the past 3 days with mucus discharge, missed period for 9 days, and a negative pregnancy test. The discharge started 5 days ago and comes and goes. It is a white mucus discharge with a little pinkish tint and has no odor. My last period started on April 17 and ended on April 21, and it usually comes regularly. I got my IUD on May 8. I also have cramping, back pain, and a temperature of 38°C, which I usually never get. I recently gave birth vaginally, and my baby is 2 months old. I am breastfeeding. Should I be worried about the discharge and spotting even if I don't get my period?

I have a thick white milky discharge 3 days after unprotected sex. Could it be semen? Or a sign for something? There’s no vaginal irritation. Is there a noticeable odor to the discharge? When was your last period? Does it come regularly? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
