I'm not on my period and I just started spotting enough for it to run down my leg, and when I went to the bathroom, I passed a clump of white-ish tissue. I have PCOS and am currently on metformin. I am sexually active with one partner. I deal with spotting often but haven't spotted in at least 2 days. My last period was from the 16th to the 27th of October. I'm having cramps, on and off nausea, dizziness, and clear vaginal discharge. I've had an ectopic pregnancy in the past. What could be causing this spotting and the white tissue, and what should I do?
