I am 50 years old and in the early stage of menopause. I have been experiencing cramps without bleeding on and off for 6-8 months, along with irregular periods for the last year. The cramps are not severe but annoying, and are accompanied by fatigue and a blasee feeling. Could this be due to hormonal upheaval? I had a normal pelvic exam and take ibuprofen, which helps with the pain. I do not take any hormones.

I have one ovary left after a hysterectomy 3 years ago. I have a 3-inch and a 2-inch cyst on the ovary, one filled with blood or debris, and my ovary is twice the size it was last year, which the doctor thinks could be blood or a tumor. I've been feeling very tired and seasick for the past week. Could these symptoms be related to the ovary?
