I'm 23 years old and I missed my period. I did 3 home pregnancy tests and they all came back negative. I've gained a little weight in the last 3 months, I'm sexually active, and I've been having brown vaginal discharge for the past 2 weeks. What does that mean?

I have not had sex in a really long time (2 years). Reconnected with my husband in the last two weeks. Sex has been great, but now I feel pressure, frequently urinating, just slight burning, and cloudy urine. I have had bladder infections before, but this doesn't feel like that. I do not drink a lot of water, but never had a problem before. Could this all be because of not having sex for so long? No pain during sex. Just the pressure to urinate a lot.

I am experiencing pain during sex and bleeding afterward. The pain started during sex and is localized in the lower abdomen. It is a stabbing pain. I had chlamydia about a month ago, which was cured, and bacterial vaginosis two weeks ago, which was also cured. I also have irritable bowel syndrome. I am 17 years old and have a thick, brown/white discharge that is a little itchy, but there is no foul odor or redness. I recently took antibiotics for BV. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I am 54, still menstruating heavily, and have a walnut-size ovarian cyst, a 5mm Tarlov cyst, unspecified connective tissue disease, ANA+, borderline lupus, degenerative disc disease, and serious osteoarthritis. I am scheduled for a radical hysterectomy and bilateral oophorectomy. How will my connective tissue disease affect the hysterectomy, and am I at risk for weight gain post-hysterectomy?
