I had a transvaginal ultrasound almost 2 weeks ago that showed secretory fluid (9mm) in the endometrium. My lab work the previous week was LH 13.8, FSH 17, Estradiol 176. I have continued having clear to white vaginal discharge for 3 weeks now. I am perimenopausal and haven't had a period in 9 months. Does this mean I'm about to start a period? I have had the classic signs, tender breasts, insomnia, cravings, etc.

I have been using NuvaRing as directed for over a year, but this past month I left it in for 2 days longer than normal due to stress. After taking it out, I had sex 3 days later and took Plan B. I've been feeling crampy and bloated but did not have a period during my off week. Did I most likely mess up my schedule, or what is your opinion?

I have been taking combination pills for a while, but the timing last month was a bit off, though I have taken one every day. I had unprotected sex a day before my withdrawal bleeding was supposed to come, but it didn't. I took Plan B within 48 hours and had spotting on the same day. Does that mean Plan B worked? I still haven't gotten my withdrawal period yet. Is the irregularity new, and how old are you? When did your last period start and end? Have you experienced any recent changes in stress or weight?
