I have been seeing clear discharge during and around my ovulation time and have started taking folic acid 400mg. My uterus is shifted to the left, and I had two small cysts last year. How should I track my ovulation, and how often should we have sexual intercourse to maximize our chances of conception?

I stopped taking the oral contraceptive pill in January 2010 as my partner and I decided to try for a baby. My periods were very irregular for about 10 months and settled down last October.
