I had a classical c-section last year due to my baby being born very premature and small. I want to try for a vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC) but my OB immediately said no without considering my wishes. I had preeclampsia and my placenta was failing, leading to a c-section 3 months early. My baby was severely growth restricted but is doing better now. I want to experience natural birth at least once. What should I do?

As an adult, I rarely achieve sexual satisfaction, either alone or with my husband, due to a combination of factors including a long-term vodka addiction, a doctor-implanted intrathecal pain pump with narcotics for chronic back pain, and a recent return of periods after two years. Is there any hope for me, assuming I can get help for my addiction first?

My daughter, who is 50 years old, has been experiencing migraines that sometimes cause her to pass out. These symptoms started after she had a bladder sling surgery in 2010. Despite extensive medical evaluations, including at Mayo Clinic, no clear cause has been identified. She has seen multiple specialists, including neurologists, pain specialists, and undergone various treatments such as Botox injections and hormone therapy, but none have provided relief. She has also been on multiple medications, including estradiol, blood pressure medications, and atorvastatin, but her migraines persist. What could be causing these migraines and passing out episodes, and what further steps can be taken to manage or treat this condition?
