I had a D-dimer test done and it came back at 0.52, with a normal range being 0.49 or less. I am 18 weeks pregnant and had COVID-19 at 9-10 weeks of pregnancy. Should I be concerned about this D-dimer level during pregnancy, especially given my history of COVID-19, and is there a specific level I should be alert for regarding possible clotting issues?
