I had a full hysterectomy 10 years ago, including the removal of the cervix. For the last four years, sex has been painful, feeling like a knife hitting something inside me. My primary doctor believes it's scar tissue where the cervix was. Can scar tissue be relaxed or helped, and is there any treatment such as laser or surgery to address this issue?
