I had a full laparoscopic hysterectomy in July 2022 due to endometrial cancer, diagnosed as Stage 1A, Grade 1. I had a 6-week check-up in August, which showed no issues. I also had a pelvic ultrasound and a transvaginal ultrasound in October, both clear. However, I experienced light spotting tonight, five months after surgery. Could this be a sign of recurrence?

I had an IUD implanted around the end of August this year and I've noticed that after I have sex, I slightly bleed the next day. Is this because of the implant? I've been irregularly bleeding ever since I got the IUD but it has become lighter and lighter. Every time I have sex, I lightly bleed after. I'm 19 and not taking any medications. I had Nexaplon last year but it was taken out before I got the IUD.

Hello. I recently got off of antibiotics for an oral surgery. Few days later I get what I think is a yeast infection. I tried a yeast infection medicine but it seemed to make it worse. My clitoris seems to be swollen in one area as well as very red. And my vagina opening also hurts. There are no visible bumps, I think I have torn the skin from itching it in my sleep. Has the yeast infection been constant or getting worse over time? About how large is the affected area? Is your skin painful or tender? Are you using any medications besides the antibiotics? How old are you? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

I am experiencing severe pain and swelling on one side of my vagina, along with redness and white, clumpy discharge. I recently started taking Monistat for what I believed to be a yeast infection, but the swelling is new. I have gastrointestinal issues and cannot take antibiotics that could cause C. difficile to return. How should I address this issue?

I have a large swollen lump on the left side between my anus and vulva, which is inside and quite painful. Additionally, I noticed another swollen lump in the upper left pelvis, below and inside of the hip. My vagina is also quite irritated and there is yellow discharge. How long have you had the swelling, how large is the affected area, and what are all the medications you're currently using?

I have an irritated vulva that doesn't seem to be vaginal. I've had a bladder infection and as soon as I finished the medication for it, this irritation started. It doesn't seem to be getting worse. I'm 80 years old and started the bladder medication on September 27 for 7 days. This irritation started after I discontinued those meds. I've been to Urgent Care but the medication they prescribed didn't help, and the bladder infection reoccurred. What is the treatment for this irritation?
