I have upper right quadrant pain and pelvic swelling. Could the upper right quadrant pain be a complication of PID? I am 22 years old, had a pap test in December, and was diagnosed with Chlamydia on 6/11/20. My blood work and urinalysis came back normal. What should I do?

In the last few weeks, I noticed one of my nipples has started to retract and looks like a slit. I have a mammogram scheduled but am worried. I am 53 and have never had any breast problems. I feel no bumps in my breast but am scared that it could be breast cancer.

I've never been diagnosed with HPV, but my recent pap smear showed benign changes related to HPV. Could I have been carrying this virus for over 30 years without knowing? I've only been with my husband for the past 30 years. Should I be concerned, and is it possible to detect the specific HPV strain that could cause cervical cancer? Should I insist on a quicker repeat of the Pap smear?
