I’m currently taking chlamydia pills. What happens if I miss a day or a couple of hours from my 12-hour mark? Will they still work, and what should I do to get back on track?

I took an emergency pill while on birth control pills and had a period three days after stopping the birth control pills. Now, I have another period after nine days. I have been using birth control pills for six months, and my last period began on 1-13-23. Soon after my periods, I experience bleeding in the form of stringy clusters. I also have PCOS. Should I take a pregnancy test or leave it since I already had a full cycle of periods?

I am experiencing a very light reddish/yellowish discharge with a foul, almost metallic smell for the past 4-5 days. The discharge is constant, not thick or slimy, but wet. I have vaginal itching occasionally and soreness during sex. My last period was 2.5 weeks ago and is regular. I am currently on Methadone. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have had vaginal fissures for about six months that won't go away. I have no idea what caused them or how to get them to go away. I have taken antibiotics for UTIs but no other medications. I am 26 years old and have always been healthy. The issue is stable but won’t go away on its own. It does get very itchy. Can I use monistat while taking antibiotics for a UTI? Does it matter if I use a monistat cream or a suppository?
