I've been experiencing a lot of pain in my right ovary, which worsens with intercourse. I've had ultrasounds, and the only finding is that my right ovary is larger than the other with no apparent issues. I have hypothyroidism and take levothyroxine daily. I'm 26 years old and have had this issue since I was 12/13. My primary gynecologist doesn't seem concerned, but it's still highly concerning to me. What should I do?

I had a pelvic exam about a month ago with normal results, but I have had a few abnormal pap tests in the past. Sometimes I also experience diarrhea and bloating. I took Plan B one step five days after my last period and experienced heavy bleeding with lower back pain, similar to my usual period symptoms. Has this been my period, or is it just a side effect of Plan B causing me to bleed like it was my period?
