Can sex in the D style position cause bleeding, especially if it was the only position used recently, and I've had a clear pap and no STDs? I'm 45 years old, not due for my period for another 2.5 weeks, recently vaccinated with both COVID-19 vaccines, and experienced pain, lower back tenderness, and bleeding after sex.

I see light bleeding even when I am not on periods. It has been past 14 days since my period got over. Not sure if there is anything to worry about. Are you using any contraceptives? Has the bleeding been stable or getting worse? Are you using any medications, either for the bleeding or anything else? How old are you? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
