I have an ovarian cyst with daughter cyst (5cm and bigger than ovary) and uterine fibroid. My OB/GYN removed my Nexplanon implant and put me on levonorgestrel and ethinyl estradiol birth control pills to help shrink the cysts and manage severe chronic low back pain worsening with periods. I have been bleeding for almost a month, passing tissue, and experiencing nausea. Should I be seen at the ER?
