What is this bump on my vagina? I never noticed it before and I’m not sure if it’s normal or not.

I had an abortion last week at about 5 weeks of pregnancy. I am Rh-negative blood type and was given an Rhogam shot. I'm scared because I read online that having this blood type and undergoing an abortion could lead to future infertility, miscarriages, or birth defects. Additionally, I want to know when I can start exercising again and when my next period should start.

I'm having a period problem. I was diagnosed with endometriosis in 2015, but I've never had this issue before. My last period was from the 18th to the 21st, but I've had light spotting every day since then until it got heavier and I started passing clots. I put a tampon in last night and woke up with blood everywhere. My last pap test was in 2015, and it was abnormal with cells frozen off my cervix. There is an unusually strong smell. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I started using a vaginal insert for a yeast infection two days ago and noticed pink/red discharge whenever the cream flows out. I had intercourse with my partner the day before starting the insert, and he penetrated me with his fingers, which were a bit rough. Could this have caused internal bleeding, and should I be concerned about the pink discharge?

I have been experiencing symptoms of pregnancy such as sore and heavy breasts, missed period, unusual stomach sensations, headaches, frequent urination, and now heavy bleeding for three days, which is unlike my regular period. I am also experiencing constant abdominal pain. I am a 21-year-old female with a history of an STD that was treated. I am unsure if I am pregnant, but I had symptoms and no risk of pregnancy. What could be causing my heavy bleeding and abdominal pain?
