I just got prescribed macrobid for a UTI and took the first dose at 2pm. I don’t want to wake up at 2am every day to take the second dose. Can I take it at 7am instead, which is 5 hours past the 12-hour mark, and then consistently take it at 7pm and 7am for the next 5 days? Will this affect the medication's effectiveness?

I’m having excessive bleeding and irregular periods. I’ve noticed shorter intervals between periods, discomfort after using tampons or having sex, and bleeding through tampons and pads within two hours. I have not taken a pregnancy test. I am about to be 21, have a history of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (dermoids), Endometriosis, Seizures, and Psoriasis. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I was supposed to have periods on May 19 but did not get them. I thought I might be pregnant, but last night I had extreme pain in my abdomen and this morning I had spotting followed by my periods with some gel-like substance. I don't know if this is normal or if I might have had a miscarriage. I had a very faint positive pregnancy test on Wednesday, but a negative test this morning. I am feeling extremely weak and in pain.

When you have a yeast infection, does your entire vagina itch? I have very light discharge with no color, and my lips, clitoris, and everything down there itches. When I wipe myself, there are brown flaky specs. I was prescribed something for the yeast infection, but I'm not sure if it's related. Can you have a yeast infection with no discharge? My gynecologist said she saw discharge inside, so she diagnosed it as a yeast infection, but I've had yeast infections before with discharge.
