I had a UTI and bacterial vaginosis a few weeks ago and was prescribed antibiotics that I believe threw off my pH, causing discomfort. I've been dealing with this on and off for a few weeks. I am experiencing burning/discomfort when I pee and a little crampiness. I had a full STI/STD swab and bloodwork panel done in June that only came back positive for bacterial vaginosis. I have not been sexually active since then. I was prescribed antibiotics for BV and a steroid cream for external irritation, which helped but now I'm feeling off again. My at-home pH tests indicate my pH is still a little off. What could be causing this and what should I do?

What are the odds that I might have genital herpes, given that I had protected sex with a guy who performed oral sex on me and the next day he had a cold sore on his lip, but I have no symptoms?
