I had a fever all last week and the sores from the yeast infection just started feeling better today. However, I've been experiencing bad headaches, a higher resting heart rate, and intermittent fevers. I'm unsure if these symptoms are related to the yeast infection or if there might be another issue. Do I need to be concerned about these new symptoms, and should I seek further medical attention?

I have been experiencing stomach bleeds for the past 4 days, unable to keep anything down, including water. My stomach is swollen, and my urine is almost red. I have been given IV fluids and medications at the hospital, but the symptoms have returned. My back is tender, and I am currently taking Ondansetron, Famotidine, Lansoprazole, and Tylenol. I am 33 years old and do not drink alcohol. My stomach looks swollen, and my bowel movements appear black. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do?
