I have an open scab around the labia. It started recently and is not painful unless I apply alcohol. I believe it was caused by shaving. What should I do to treat it?

I am very confused about what is happening to me. I had unprotected sex around February 19 and got my period that week. I started worrying on March 15, thinking he might have ejaculated inside me. On March 19, one day before my period was supposed to come, I took a Clear Blue test which initially showed negative but later showed a faint positive line. Subsequent tests on March 24, April 7, and another in mid-April were all negative. I had period-like bleeding on April 15, which was unusual and pinkish at times. It lasted 4 days with some spotting on the 5th day. Since then, I've experienced severe nausea, headaches, back pain, cramps, and acid reflux. Can severe stress cause these symptoms? If I were pregnant, I would be around 9 weeks now. What is going on?
