I have been experiencing back pain and pelvic pain for about 10-15 days. The pain is mild, comes and goes, and is more achy than sharp. I have no numbness, muscle weakness, or increased fatigue, and I am not taking any medications or birth control. I am sexually active but have not had intercourse for over two months. I do Zumba and occasionally lift light boxes. The pain was more pronounced during my period but is now minimal. Should I be concerned about these symptoms?

I started having spotting between periods in early November, which has since turned into constant heavy bleeding with clots for about 3 weeks. I am 49 years old, have not gone through menopause, and am experiencing bright red vaginal bleeding with clots that has worsened over 6 weeks. I have an abnormal mammogram and had an endometrial ablation about 18 years ago. I take metoprolol, Lisinopril/HCTZ, and omeprazole, and received my third COVID booster and flu vaccine in November. What could be causing this bleeding and what should I do?

I had sex on June 25th (the last day of my period) and took Plan B within 12 hours, and then had unprotected sex on July 7th. My last menstrual period was June 21st, and I average 25-day cycles.
