I had lap myomectomy with left endometriotic cystectomy and adhesiolysis on 17/1/2021, followed by three cycles of GNRH and use of dinogest until August 2021. Since then, I have been experiencing stabbing pain on my left lower back that radiates to my left leg, sharp pain in the left lower abdomen at the pelvic region, and severe stomach bloating. My last ultrasound showed post-surgery clots, and I was given medication for them. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do next?

My 74-year-old mother has a persistent yeast infection that started under her breasts after a mammogram and has spread to her lower stomach, inner thigh, and top of her vagina. The infection is now a bright reddish-purple color and causes significant burning pain. She was recently diagnosed with diabetes this year. What type of doctor should she see, and could this be a staph infection?

I was taking Trisprintec for birth control, but the pharmacy switched me to Trinessa without informing me, which caused panic attacks, anxiety, and depression. I stopped taking Trinessa four days ago but still feel depressed. How long will it take to feel better, and what can I do to manage these symptoms without resorting to medications that have previously caused adverse effects?
