I am almost 49 years old and have had irregular periods for over a year. I have experienced spotting at day 37, a very light period a week later, and then dark brown spotting two weeks after that. I also have symptoms like breast tenderness and mid-sleep waking. Is this normal during perimenopause, and should I be concerned about cancer?

On March 10th, I was fooling around with my boyfriend and he rubbed his male part with mine but without penetration and no ejaculation. My hymen is still not broken.
