I'm 5.5 weeks pregnant and had intense pain in my lower abdomen during sex last night, which made me cry and shake. The pain persisted until I fell asleep, but there was no bleeding. I'm on Depo-Provera and after every time I have sex, I get brown blood and it's a lot. I'm 19 years old and experiencing cramping and brown blood. My last pap test or pelvic exam was in August. I got my Depo-Provera shot on April 29th. What could be causing this?

I have gained weight and my last pap smear showed low-risk HPV. My periods have fluctuated between 30 to 80 days apart, and I have had some spotting recently.
