I had nipple discharge for about 6 months, especially before my monthly period. It was from one breast, clear and watery, and sometimes occurred spontaneously. The discharge has now stopped on its own. Is this normal, and when should I be concerned about nipple discharge?

I constantly have discharge with odor and today I’ve been having cramps. My last period was last week, and I’m on birth control pills, which regulate my periods. I had an abortion back in February and have noticed constant discharge since then. I was given antibiotics for an infection twice since the abortion. The cramps are on and off, lasting 30 minutes to an hour. I use pH-D suppositories, which help for a couple of days, but the discharge returns. I sometimes have discomfort with urination. What could be causing this, and what should I do?
