My wife is experiencing lower left abdominal pain and sporadic vaginal bleeding that is unlike her period. She has a history of two miscarriages and lifted something heavy earlier, which exacerbated the pain. The pain is sharp and has been on and off, reaching up to a 7/10 intensity. She also experiences nausea and bloating but no changes in stool. She is not currently pregnant, is 26 years old, and has no history of ovarian cysts. The pain has been consistent and she has been having more blood clots in her flow, with the pain moving from the left to the right and back again. I had oral and vaginal sex using a condom 4 nights ago and 2 nights ago. I have a mild sore throat and vaginal irritation today, but I'm not sure if it's related. My partner had no visible sores, and we used a condom for less than 15 minutes each night. I am also on Truvada PrEP. My partner tested negative for herpes in January. What are my chances of having herpes, and what should I do about my current symptoms?
