I am 5 weeks pregnant and have had light brown/rusty discharge when I wipe with mild cramps. I had a miscarriage before in October 2023 and this is different cramping. I also have fibroids in my uterus. What could be causing this discharge and cramping, and should I be concerned?

I was prescribed loteprednol etabonate gel drops for papillary conjunctivitis and have been using them since 9/27. I found out I am pregnant (2 weeks post conception) and want to stop using the drops. Is there a cause for worry, or is it early enough in pregnancy that the risk of harming the fetus is low?

I'm taking a combi pill (Maxim) for endometriosis and have never had problems until I stopped taking blood thinners. Now, I'm experiencing regular menstrual cramps, brown discharge, and heavy menstrual bleeding with fresh blood despite taking my contraception daily on time. Could stopping the blood thinners have thrown off my hormones, or should I consult my doctor for something more serious?

I had unprotected intercourse on Monday last week and took Plan B on the 4th day afternoon. I am 36 years old, on medications including Wellbutrin 300mg and Lamictal 120mg, and I think I was ovulating during the intercourse. I am concerned about the possibility of pregnancy and want to know when I should take a pregnancy test.
