My last period ended towards the end of September. I got off birth control on October 16th and have had sex twice since then, with the last time being October 6th. I have not gotten my period but continue to get cramps and back pain. My breasts have been lactating, even though I haven't pumped for almost a year. I've taken 10 pregnancy tests since October and they've all been negative. What could be causing these symptoms and what tests should I request from my doctor?

I have PCOS and have been trying to conceive actively since I was 16. I'm 23 now, have irregular cycles, and have used Clomid 50mg for two cycles and Femara 2mg for three cycles without success. I'm currently 5 days late for my period with negative pregnancy tests. I also have thyroid issues. What else can I do to improve my chances of getting pregnant, and should I continue using Clomid at 50mg or increase the dosage?

I have been experiencing vaginal itching, burning, and clumpy white discharge for over two years, which started after treating a yeast infection and getting a copper IUD. Despite treating with antifungals, boric acid, antibiotics for BV, and probiotics, the symptoms persisted and tests have repeatedly come back negative for yeast, BV, trich, strep B, chlamydia, and gonorrhea. I recently received qPCR test results showing a medium load of lactobacillus and e. coli in my vaginal swab and urine. I have been using baking soda douches, which seem to lessen my symptoms, and I am considering a vaginal fluid transplant from my sister. What could be causing these symptoms and what treatment plan would you recommend?

I have menstrual irregularities, sometimes up to 5 months late. I am turning 18 soon, my last period was December 16, and I have had irregular periods since my first period. I am not currently trying to conceive, but I never got pregnant during a 2-year relationship where I never used protection. What diseases or problems conceiving could this indicate?
