I have thick clumpy discharge that has been constant for a week, pale yellow in color with no noticeable odor. I also experience vaginal itching, swelling, and soreness, but no pain or burning sensation with urination. My last period was in May and is not regular. I am nursing and have tried Monistat 1-day treatment two weeks ago, but the issue came back. What could be the cause and what can I do to resolve it?

How long can break through bleeding last once you’ve skipped the placebo pills for the first time with birth control? I have had spotting prior to my expected period for 3 days, then it turned into a period, and now I am still feeling like I have a period on day 11 of spotting/bleeding. I was looking to skip a period for a vacation at the end of March. How long does it normally take for that to physically work on the body?

I've been spotting for the last two weeks, and I was supposed to get my period last week. I've never taken contraceptives, and the spotting has been consistent, varying in amount daily. My last period started on February 26 and ended on March 3, and I've dealt with spotting before, but this time it's been the longest. I have some stomach pain and dizziness, but no abnormal vaginal discharge. I'm 31 years old, and the spotting is brown but sometimes red. I feel fatigue and some abdominal pain. I have blood clots, and my periods have been irregular, but the last three months were consistent until March. I'm sexually active and started taking magnesium glycinate. I haven't performed a urine pregnancy test yet.
