I am a 19-year-old taking birth control pills (Norethindrone) since February 22. I had sex on February 15, and my partner ejaculated inside me. I had my period from February 15 to February 28, then was a week late in March, tested negative for pregnancy on March 17, and got my period from March 28 to April 3. Since around April 12, I've been experiencing spotting, which is light pink or red, sometimes with cramps. Is this due to pregnancy or the new birth control pills? I am scared.

However, in the last 2 months, when I took cumin seeds water during spotting, the bleeding became so heavy that I had to change my napkin every 2 hours, similar to post-delivery bleeding. I took two pregnancy tests, both came back negative, and I still haven't had my period on the 28th day, which isn't normal for me. My last period began on March 14th, and I'm not using any contraceptives or medications. I'm 20 years old and have a latex allergy. My periods are usually 21 days apart, but this is the first time I've experienced a delayed period. Additionally, I believe I'm having an allergic reaction in the vaginal area, and I've been using Vagisil to ease the itch.

I am 5 weeks and 4 days pregnant and just experienced pink spotting when I wiped. I have been pregnant four other times and never had spotting before. My last period started on March 7th. I have had a little bit of cramps but no severe stomach pain, dizziness, or abnormal vaginal discharge. Is this spotting a cause for concern, and could it be related to a yeast infection due to itching?
