I had the Nexplanon for 3 years, got it removed in May, and am trying to get pregnant. I had bleeding that wasn't a period and was diagnosed with PCOS. I have 3 kids and am concerned about not having a period since the removal, which makes it hard to track ovulation. How can I get things back on track to get pregnant?

I've noticed a slight fishy smell, but my discharge is a normal white color and there is no pain, itchiness, or irregular discharge. How can I address this mild odor, and is there anything I can use over the counter to help?

I am 19 weeks pregnant and experiencing daily nighttime leg cramps. My OBGYN suggested taking 250 mg of magnesium at night. Can I take this, and are there any other methods to help with the leg cramps?

I've had three kids and noticed my labia extend outside the vagina almost an inch after the first or second birth. I no longer wear underwear or tight clothing due to discomfort and am curious if this could be a result of malpractice during birth or a common side effect. My sister also has this issue, but not my other sister, even though they had the same doctor. My boyfriend has seen this only a few times in his past. Do you have any insight?
